  The success of the Chophouse stems from providing our guests excellent service and food on a consistent basis. From opening through the current day, we pride ourselves on each guest leaving the establishment satisfied and returning on a regular basis. We purchase the finest and freshest food available. The steaks are hand cut in our kitchen using only premium Certified Angus beef, aged in-house. The fish is flown in directly from New England, and all desserts are made in house. Each meal at the Chophouse is cooked when ordered; not pre-cooked and stored for service. Most importantly, we continually review how we operate, incorporating our guest comments into improving the operation on a daily basis.
